I've been on "vacation" this past week. I caught up on IBM paper work on Monday. Spent tue-sat working on the house.

Spring has sprung. The singularity is near.

Stuff

Sunday, March 10th, 02002

Back from a hard week of work in Albuquerque. Going to New Jersey tomorrow and back to Albuquerque the following week.

The downstairs floors are all refinished. Looking good.

Went to a surprise birthday party for Jim Oliver last night. Lots of people that used to be at EAI and some that still are there in its EDS incarnation. Execellent conversation and a lot of fun.

Success in Florida

Saturday, March 2nd, 02002

Back from Florida a day early (yesterday).

A succesful 32-node implementation went very smoothly. Very knowledgable and cool folks.

From Florida to a blizzard in Ames. Oh well... I missed the snow.

Eegs has the downstairs bathroom and bedroom finished execpt for the floor. The fishtank is removed from the livingroom and the fish are dead. The livingroom is freshly painted and the window trim stained. Today we finish the painting livingroom. Tomorrow we sand the bedroom and livingroom floors.

I've gotten through almost all of my CDs (ripping them to high-quality MP3). I'm working on
Ryan O'Rourke's now. 31GB and 6287 tracks to date.
