Carl had suffered a severe gall bladder attack while at brother Rollo's resort in Walker, MN. and now is going to Henricks, MN to have his gall bladder out. Rollo and Ida Rau had worked at the Henricks Hospital and their friend, Dr Olson, had been at the resort when the attack occurred so suggesteded Carl come to Henricks for the surgery.
